  2. Hello Phoenix,

    That sounds like you had a lot of fun. I love Diwali, in fact yesterday I went to a friends house we had lots of indian food, it was so good. What was your favourite part of the show?

    Awesome writing!

  3. Hi Phoenix, my name is Mia from Yaldhurst Model School and I like this post because it explains a lot about what you did. Next time I think you should add more commas in the paragraph.
    How long was the show?

    Kind regards, Mia

  4. Talofa Phoenix,
    This was very interesting and I enjoyed reading everything from the how the girls had to wear 14kg of ankle bells to how the teacher went down the hall with the sari, all was great apart from the fact that I still don't know what diwali means.
    So next time maybe could you tell me what something means or even link it, apart from that awesome job.

    What does diwali mean? What is Diwali? - sorry if there was a meaning that I missed or misunderstood.

    Kind Regards

  5. Hi Phoenix,

    I like the way you described the dresses and told the best part about it.

    Next time you should make this more eye catching so other people could read you experience in the Diwali Show.

    This reminds me of Kapa Haka, every Monday we practice Kapa Haka, we learn some history of Kapa Haka, the Maori history, practice songs, dance moves and shout really loud.

    This also reminds me of the tilan show, I think that is how you spell it but any way in was really pretty and amazing.

  6. Hello Phoenix, my name is Jedi. I come from Fiji and whenever it is Diwali there are always fireworks. I celebrate diwali do you? It's my Favourite because of the delicious food and fireworks. This slide is pretty cool but maybe you could have done it on a google doc. And I agree with Mia maybe you should add more commas. Good job!

    Jedi =)
